Terms of service

These terms govern shipments tendered to TrackGlobe. By handing a parcel to our couriers you accept them on behalf of the sender and the recipient.

Prohibited items

Cash, hazardous goods, live animals, perishable pharmaceuticals and items restricted by the destination country may not be shipped. Non-compliant shipments may be held or returned at the sender's cost.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the declared value of the goods up to the insured amount. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed where customs, weather or force majeure intervene.

Claims

Loss or damage claims must be filed within 14 days of the delivery date with photographic evidence and the original packaging retained.
