TrackGlobe processes the data needed to move and deliver a shipment: sender and recipient contact details, addresses, package information and the milestone scans recorded along the route.

Public tracking

Anyone holding a tracking number can view shipment status. Because of that, public tracking pages mask sender and recipient names and never expose addresses, phone numbers or email addresses. Full details are visible only inside an authenticated account.

Support conversations

Live-chat transcripts are retained so coordinators can follow up on an open case. Do not share payment card details in chat.

Email support@trackglobe.example to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to the record retention we are legally required to keep for customs declarations.
